A Coliving building that has been recently refurbished for digital nomads to live a unique experience. Focused on professionals from all over the world, it is located in the coastal area of Valencia, one of the best cities on the Mediterranean coast. The Cabañal neighborhood maintains its seafaring essence for centuries, cradle of entrepreneurs, innovation and startups.
The space has 7 fully equipped en-suite apartments covering the essential needs of the Colivers. MyCo Cabañal has a terrace perfect for holding events and activities adding value to the space and the community, yoga, barbecues and chill out area to relax and forget about work at any time of the day. The decoration of their rooms catches anyone’s attention and drives the creativity of the Colivers.
What we like most about this Coliving is its commitment to the community. All areas are adapted for the generation of communities of the Colivers, the hosts focus all their efforts on welcoming people related to the tenants who already live in MyCo Cabañal, to fit the new guests and create a big family for each member of the community.
As a good Coliving that lends itself to a Coworking space, what sets them apart is the pre-established usability of meetings and networking for the Colivers, as well as focusing on the importance of creating professional synergies for innovators with promising project ideas, encouraging group activities for professionals and restless entrepreneurs.

- -No smoking in the entire building. -Pets are not accepted. -No está pensado para familias con niños menores. -Espacio LGTB friendly. -Se dispone de normas de seguridad e higiene anti-COVID para miembros de la comunidad y visitantes, así como se requiere certificado de vacunación para los nuevos inquilinos previamente a su llegada. -No se permiten pernoctaciones de invitados salvo aprobación expresa de los responsables de MyCO Living. -No se puede hacer fuego o cocinar en la terraza ni lanzar objetos a la calle. -Se intentará minimizar el ruido general desde las 23:00h a las 7:30 h del día siguiente. -Se requiere autorización expresa para realización de reuniones o eventos en terraza, zonas comunes o en habitaciones privadas con personas ajenas al coliving o más de 6 usuarios. -En el espacio compartido de la sala de reuniones/coworking, se requiere solicitar reserva previa para realizar eventos/reuniones privadas por parte de los inquilinos usuarios. -Alojamiento mínimo contratado por un mes y depósito de fianza de un mes, que se devolverá a la finalización del contrato tras supervisión y comprobación del buen uso y estado de los espacios privados y comunes por parte del inquilino usuario. -Existen cámaras de seguridad y control en zonas comunes del edificio. -Horario limitado para el uso de la terraza en horario nocturno (consultar). -Se ruega mantener individualmente una conducta adecuada y respetuosa con el resto de los convivientes y en general con el espacio
